In the fall of 2007, REMARKABLE RESULTS Cleaning Service, LLC (RRCS) was formed by Joseph Orlando, a full-time Realtor with Long & Foster. The Mission of REMARKABLE RESULTS Cleaning Services, LLC is to provide exemplary cleaning services to both commercial sites and residences, while administering the employees so that they both enjoy their work environment and benefit from their work financially.
The goal of in the formation of the company was to create a cleaning company in which quality comes first.
Ads were posted online for workers. About 70 people requested applications, and applications were sent to them. Of those 70, about 18 returned their applications completed. Of those 18, about 5 workers met the standards required by the company for employment.
Remarkable Results Cleaning Services, LLC continues to post ads for employment, and the reponses are given the same strictness in deciding who is and who is not eligible to work in the company. The company has received most of its clients through word-of-mouth, and continues to do so. The company is still small and is growing.Company mission:
