Contract Terms
By signing a contract for a cleaning job with REMARKABLE RESULTS Cleaning Services, LLC, you agree to the following:
• If you would like any changes made to the contract, please negotiate that with us before the start of the job.
• We will use our own equipment and supplies. If you prefer or have a certain cleaning product that you'd like us to use, please let use know before the start of the job.
• Large pets will be secured before our arrival. You agree to pick up after your pets before our arrival.
• Our workers do not maintain plants.
• Payment is due immediately after the job is finished and in the event that the owners are not at the premises, you may leave it at a mutually-agreed place within the premises.
• In the event that your check is returned for non-sufficient funds, you authorize us to electronically debit the account of the check for the amount due plus a $25 NSF check fee.
• You will contact us no later than 24 hours after the end of the job if you are at all unsatisfied with the results.
• If the premises has a security alarm, please have it turned off before our arrival, or provide us with the code.
• A recurring cleaning job (for ex. once every 2 weeks) may be cancelled at any time in writing by either REMARKABLE RESULTS Cleaning Services, LLC or the client.
• Upon arriving at the property at the mutually-agreed time and date, if our workers cannot enter through no fault of the company (for example: alarm on, deadbolts locked, large unsecured dogs, etc.) then a fee of 1/2 the contract amount will be charged.
Please remember that the quality of our job is our number one priority.
